The lack of accessibility to high quality, fresh and flavourful spices and realization that not all spices are the same even if they are organic inspired Trusha to leave her corporate career behind for the spice world. Her quest for the freshest, best grade single and specialty spices extended to all corners of the world, led to the creation of multi purpose spice blends, seasonings and rubs and has culminated in award winning products. The mission was simple: To make home cooked food taste even more delicious with access to spices of true distinction defined by the purest freshest flavour and easy to use spice blends.

Today, the Spice Sanctuary team is much more than just one person – we are an all female team (not intentional at all!) covering sales, public relations, operations and marketing. As fate would have it, we all happen to be passionate about food and healthy eating and of course spices!
